     a. For cash & confirmed credit card payment, the corresponding incentive will

     automatically be released to the buyer.

     b. For check payment, a voucher will be released to the buyer and seller as proof of 

qualification. Buyers may claim the incentive upon clearing of check.

     c. For buyers availing the LEASE-TO-OWN Program (RFO), the submission of the

     following is required prior to release of incentive:

             1. Robinsons Bank (RS Bank) Letter of Guarantee (LOG) with client conformity

             2. Signed and notarized lease-to-own contract

             3. Payment of lease-to-own deposit on the said unit

Buyers should have completely accomplished and duly signed CPRA & BIS forms on December 29, 2009 for each corresponding project. Buyers should avail of at least standard 20-80 or superior scheme to qualify.
