PICAR Development Inc. was established in 2007 as the newest member of the AMA Group of Companies, the highly-renowned conglomerate who has been the leader in information technology (IT) education in the Philippines and in the whole Asia as well.

PICAR Development Inc. was formed by its visionary Chairman, Amb. Amable R. Aguiluz V, to serve as its real estate arm to acquire, develop , and manage high-quality real estate development projects all over the country. Currently, PICAR’s total land holdings total approximately 51.7 hectares of prime commercial and residential tracts in various stages of development, including five-star hotel, office and retail buildings, residential condominiums, as well as masterplanned residential communities, with more than $400 Million invested in its upscale commercial and residential developments.
